Investigations into workplace incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement preventative measures

Investigation services include:

• Reporting of injuries that occur to employees whilst on duty
• Reporting of Occupational Diseases which employees have contracted whilst in the employment of our client – To be confirmed by a medical practitioner
• Reporting of Injuries on Duty and Occupational Diseases for claim
• numbers and acceptance within 48 hours of said occurring – conditions apply
• Claim numbers issued to the Employer, Medical Practitioner or Relevant
• Hospital within 72 hours of the Injury / Disease being reported to International COID Solutions
• Immediate reporting of any Section 24 Accident / Incident (Death, Amputation or Unconsciousness) to the Compensation Commissioner as well as the local Department of Labour Inspectors
• Supply of supplementary documentation i.r.o. any Section 24 accident /
• incident
• Lodging of Objections against a decision of the Compensation Commissioner
